I don’t do a lot of reviews, but felt like I needed to share that Katelynn is absolutely amazing! This girl really knows what she’s doing and she is more than fair with her pricing. 10/10 recommend!
Had a booked appointment for 11am this morning. Walked in at 10:55 to barely an acknowledgement from a woman who said she was just finishing with another. I sat and waited until 11:30, with no further acknowledgement while the stylist was barely halfway thru a set of extensions. I walked out. Zero communication, completely unprofessional. Also heard the 2 stylists commenting on their recent poor score from hygiene practices. Oooof. Nope. Poor on all fronts!!
Kaylee is so sweet and patient w my kids. She does a great job with cuts and colors!
Katie ALWAYS does an excellent job on my hair. It's thin and fine and she knows just what to do to make it look great!
