Chelsea IS THE BEST hairdresser around! She is knowledgable of current color, cuts, & styles. She is very attentive as to your needs and takes great care with your hair and well- being. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Everywhere I go, everyone asks me who does my hair. A few of m friends have had services as well and are very happy.
Had my hair highlighted and cut by Chelsea at Hair by Char. Love the color and cut and the nice quiet private environment. So relaxing and enjoyable having my hair done by a true professional.
