I originally came in for a root touch-up, but after talking it through with Casey, I decided to go for a full balayage. She made sure I understood the process and what kind of upkeep it would need. I love the result, my natural brunette now has soft caramel highlights that look like I spent a month at the beach. Honestly, if I didn’t know better, I’d think a celebrity hairdresser did it.

I brought in a Pinterest photo, half-expecting to be told it wouldn’t suit my hair type. But Casey was amazing, she explained how we could tweak the style to work with my natural texture. She’s truly a talented hair stylist with an eye for detail. The final result turned out even better than I imagined. The layers frame my face so well, and now my friends keep asking where I got it done.
