Had an amazing experience having my hair cut by Carla today! She was so welcoming, knowledgeable and a fab listener. We discussed what I was looking for and she was able to perfectly capture what I wanted, whilst ensuring it worked with an enhanced my natural curls, as well as advising me how to maintain it going forwards! Absolutely amazing experience and just wish I'd found the salon sooner!

I have been to Hair by Carla twice now and both times have been a lovely experience. Carla is friendly, welcoming and so knowledgeable and gives great advice about curly/frizzy hair. Looking forward to my next appointment Carla 💖

Had such a great first experience visiting Carla’s salon. I am autistic and am sensitive to too much stimulation. Carla and I chatted by WhatsApp first, and she took the time to send me a little video showing the products too - this helped me feel at ease and like I’d be looked after at the salon, and I absolutely was. Tracey was amazing, really accommodating to me and kind, and I felt very calm all thru my appointment. I have been to Hair by Carla twice now and both times have been a great experience. I have frizzy, curly hair and they knew exactly what to do with it, the best way to cut and style it after. I want be going anywhere else now. Thank you so much for giving me back my confidence and helping me to love my curls again!
