Love Britt. She always does great with what I ask of her, and she makes me feel like a million bucks.
Do not book with her. She canceled my appointment four minutes before it was scheduled, on the day of my son’s graduation. She claimed I never confirmed the appointment, but I never received a confirmation link — only a link to make changes to my appointment. She also said she texted me, but was unable to provide proof. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. Don’t waste your time when there are plenty of other professionals out there who value their clients’ time.
I can’t say enough good things about Brittany! She takes time to listen and delivers amazing results each time! I’ve also brought my daughter to her for a color correction and she was able to get us to the right blonde and fix uneven color- the results were better than I could have hoped for
