I called and asked for hair tinsel to be tied in my hair because they only had to beaded version on their website. They said they could do that and quoted me $20. I figured it should be easy because people literally do it at home. They placed me with Emily and she was really nice but right off the bat, I could tell she didn't know what she was doing.
