Extremely deceptive pricing! I went in May and paid $220. I came in today (during a $260 promo deal) and was told $350 for the exact same style I got last time. We bargained it down to $300. I decided to walk away because even that was ridiculous. Their website says they open at 9am but they actually open at 7am. I went in May and arrived around 9:15, to find clients already being serviced. Worst braiding shop. Paid $80 dollars for human boho hair. Matted within a week no matter what I do and what product I use. Multiple people were braiding my hair and constantly stopping. And to top it off there were roaches in the shop all over floor and the counters. Never again

It’s so funny, when I called this place this morning and realized it was in North Riverside, I thought I’d been here b4; I couldn’t remember. I spoke with Tina and asked if they had any openings for today for my daughter and gave her the specific style. She told me yes, to come at 1pm. Horrible!!! I went in and got knockless to mid back it cost $220 .. One girl started on my hair she did the Front sat her butt down while another lady did the rest . When both should have did my hair. The lady had her kids there and kept stopping watching TikTok and tending to the kids etc .umm (I’m paying for a service) ugh Then had the nerve to want payment before finishing my hair. The braids was neat but spaced out bad not full at all!! I won’t be going back! Smh
