So I pay bill $280 to do my hair within 3 days. My brain starts to come out within 2 weeks. I lost at least 11 breeds. I contact them within the first week. Nobody responds. Finally, the third week. I was able to get somebody then. She texted me. My hair was too short. Let I remind I have a personal braiding lady who never ever had my brains ever cameso. This was a waste of my money. Heartbroken, if I can leave them one star I would! It was on Good Friday that I came in to get a full sewin ( so I thought.) hoping to have my hair laid for Resurrection Sunday and, something told me I’d have a problem after calling them the week before attempting to set up an appointment being told “we don’t do appointments just walk ins,”( since when!) It started our fine, the the braider ( I won't mention her name), had a client come in that was getting a style that cost more , and she stopped braiding my hair and just sewed the rest it was tacky and horrible. And they always ask for a picture of the style, but does something totally different. There are a couple of decent braiders there, but they're always busy. This is the North Riverside location.
