Never again! If I could give 0 star I would. I had to go back the next day braids came unbraided and one fell out. 2 weeks later I feel like they look like the braids need to be taken down 😩
the one in ford city mall is a JOKE! it took 11 hours for small knotless braids.. 2 people in my head by the way! the bathroom is out of order i water leaking everywhere the sink stopped up trash filled to the top in the bathroom & they have roaches the sale isn’t really a sale!!! don’t waste your time or money and by the way it’s not heat so i sat for 11 hours FROZEN

I wanted to share my recent experience at your salon, which was unfortunately quite disappointing.when I come once every 7 to 8 weeks. I had my hair braided, and I noticed that the young lady who started the process seemed relatively new, as two other ladies were called in to assist.
