Charlene is a fantastic braider. I’ve had negative experiences before with braiding, but she listens to your needs very carefully caring about the condition of your hair and scalp. Very friendly and welcoming, would give more than 5 stars if I could!

The best to ever do it every time !! She’s done my hair many times throughout these few years and every-time I leave more than satisfied! I never go to anyone else. The most welcoming/positive environment, and SO FAST!!!

Charlene is the sweetest person I have met in a long time..she is professional and thoughtful putting the customer 1st..I dont usually do braids but my hair had started breaking off. She automatically went into "we are going to get your hair/scalp healthy again" spent several minutes discussing the condition of my hair and then the magic happened..braids were not tight and I like them alot....Needless to say I cant wait to go back..Thank you Charlene for a pleasant experience.

My experience was wonderful. I love my braids, which were completed in a timely manner and Charlene is such a gracious and friendly hair stylist.
