I found this place this morning and gave them a call. They didn't answer, but asked to text instead, which was fine. We scheduled and appointment for 12:00pm, then I sent the requested deposit of half the fee. About 30 minutes later, I was instructed to go to a house in Granada Hills at 6:30pm. I wasn't ok with this, and they offered another location in Tarzana. I paid a deposit to Liz Okoro for an appointment only to be told that the location was not in Sherman Oaks like but rather at someone's home Tarzana. That appointment was canceled last minute. After that, I was told repeatedly in writing, that my deposit would be refunded because the stylist cancelled. But a week later, it still hasn't been. Really great spot for any braids that you need. Everybody was very nice and respectful.
