Unfortunately, there's not many good things to say. The employees are rude and offensive. Poor quality work combined with obvious inexperience makes this place a poor choice.
The Hair Boutique is AMAZING!!!! Incredible service! Went here as a new client last week, and the stylist, Monica, made great suggestions for my new do. She did a fantastic job with a new cut and color for me. I have gotten so many compliments this past week. The whole staff made me feel so welcome and relaxed, and their prices are unbeatable! I have definitely found my new spot for hair services. Can't wait to go back!
I went to the Hair Boutique the first time today, needing at least a hair cut and possibly color. Jamie took me without an appointment (it was during a slow time), and spent time with me addressing my hair concerns. She explained to me what she thought was the best, and in great detail, and cut my hair before coloring it (to reduce the cost of the color process). I made an appointment over a week in advance and I STILL ended up waiting nearly 2 hours before I was serviced! The woman in charge, an older woman named Wanda, appeared to have no idea what she was doing. When I got home and saw what a horribly uneven and unattractive styling I received I was embarassed to leave my house! NEVER, NEVER again will I go to that salon and I STRONGLY advise others to do the same!
