Had the best experience here. The environment is so friendly and positive. Had an excellent experience with Sam and lots of laughs throughout my appointment. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and was able to address hair issues from my previous stylist in Brooks. Extremely impressed with how my hair turned out. Thank you Sam for bringing my hair back to life!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I booked an appointment last week for today at 12:30 PM with Sam. I even mentioned that it was important because I have an event the next day. I arrived five minutes early, only to find the salon completely closed !! I called the number, and the same person who booked my appointment answered and told me there was no appointment under my name, and that Sam doesn’t start until 1:30 PM!!
