Website for a kids cut says $15. Was asked her age when I called to book a “$15 kids cut” and then after getting a 10 minute haircut was charged $60… and was told “well it depends on the hair” which was already a short bob and thin hair … charge what you advertise.
Finally found a person and place to come back to, Maryam has been consistently helpful

My appointment with Maryam, a stylist of over 20 years, was extremely disappointing. My hair is curly but fine and thin, I wear my hair straight the majority of the time. I showed several inspiration photos and explained what I wanted. I agreed to her suggestion of taking off a few inches of dead ends, it needed to be done. What I didn’t expect was the end result, a choppy, uneven, disconnected haircut. To make things worse she thinned out the back of my already thin, fine hair.
