The owner Katrina is very unprofessional when laying off an employee. My daughter worked there for a few months and when business was slowing down, she texts my daughter this long paragraph about her being laid off due to business being slow which is understandable but did this in the middle of her shift where she was crying for hours. Thinking she did something wrong. This was her first job and for a boss to not have the dignity to let her know in person is unacceptable. My wife needed her hair washed after she had surgery. After you go through something like that you just want to feel comfortable. Stephanie took great care of her and was able to get her in quickly. I am very impressed with the service and the atmosphere.

My mom and I had our hair and makeup done for my wedding. I had a wonderful experience. Christina really went above and beyond helping me with the hair trials. And our makeup lasted throughout the day despite the insane heat and humidity.

I've been there a few times and liked my service. But I went to Kathleen ( i think that's her name sorry) and absolutely love my cut. I have curly hair and she really understood what I wanted and how curly hair works. Thank ypu

I visited the Hair Bizz Salon on 5/23/25. I had an appointment for color, cut and blow dry. The salon provides polite and professional service, but I was not happy with the result of my service. The coloring was done well, my preference of color was kept on file, so no decision needed for that service. However, the haircut was not well done.
