I got my little sister a Groupon for the head massage + facial and she was over the moon with the service and more importantly the customer service! We highly recommend!
Me and my friend visited this place for a Japanese head spa and detox. The staff was super nice and welcoming. The whole experience was very relaxing and the ambience in the salon was very calming.
Horrible experience, my step mom and I went after making a Groupon. We have curly hair and did not know how it would’ve affected us so we tried to just get the facial. The poor worker was offering us alternative and offering us just the facial. When she called the owner and explained the situation she proceeded to yell at the worker “EITHER THEY DO BOTH SERVICES OR THEY DO NOTHING AT ALL!!” So guess what? We got the hell out of there. She does not know how to run a business and doesn’t value her employees or her customers. D... read more
