I have been coming to this supply store since last year, and found the staff helpful and friendly. For some reason when I came in today the staff member ignored me when I came in. When I asked a question she was not helpful and mumbled something under her breath. She did not come and help me even after I asked for help again, even after stating I was unsure and they have helped me with their knowledge on previous occasions.
