I went there a few weeks ago to get blonde highlights. I was quoted $130 when I called in. I was told that Britlyn had availability that next day. I went in for my appointment and she asked me if I was ok with platinum highlights. I said yes and showed her a picture of what I wanted. My hair is darker but I’ve had this done several times over the years. Well she got started and then towards the end she mentioned she bleached my hair. Not highlights bleached my whole head.
