I want to start with a positive. Elizabeth did my hair and was very knowledgeable about color, and the assistant was also incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive throughout the appointment. Overall, the actual hair color service itself was a good experience. The pricing issue sadly overshadowed the experience.
