Made a 2 o’clock appointment was then asked to come in at four instead no problem. I arrived at 3:45 and was told my stylus would be right back. No one said a word at 4:15. I asked what was the status in which I was told oh she said your appointment was at 4:30.
I had the 24 Karat Keratin with Elizabeth and as always she did amazing.
Good but little expensive for a cut.
