Normally I don't leave bad reviews but the stylist working on me clearly didn't know how to work on textured and curly hair. She didn't use enough product and also burned my scalp with the flat iron multiple times. I can usually forgive one or two accidentals, she did it so many times I lost count. Even after bringing to her attention. I won't be returning
Horrible blowout experience. Harsh hair pulling when wet, left my hair damaged. Style fell out as soon as I left the salon.
I was in NYC for 8 days and make 2 appts before I arrived. The first appt was for a blowout and it was above average and worth the price. I cannot remember the name of the stylist. The second appt was for a color (root touch up) and blowout with Jennifer which was an absolute disaster. When I left the salon, I did not notice the issue until I returned to the hotel. Alla gives great haircuts, but is quite rude!
