Kind of disappointed in my experience at the hair bar. It's hard to find a decent haircut shop in Natchitoches. This place is all dressed up, but seems like it's got a revolving door of hair stylists and both times I have gone there for a haircut, the hair stylist is very unsure of what to do with my very normal haircut. I literally have to encourage them to cut my hair. So, I don't know what the problem is, but I'm not sure that I'm going to go back. Thought this was going to be a really nice salon, brought my granddaughter there to have her hair cut and some color and spent $140. The color wasn't right from the beginning but we could live with that. But then within 3 washes there was not a bit of color even left. Called the salon 3 times trying to get them to make this right and was told 2 times someone would call me back.... which no one ever did. I feel like they should have at least refunded the money for the hair color or re-colored her hair. They didn't offer to do... read more
I personally had a good experience. Taylor cut my hair and did a good job. I haven’t had a dry cut in a long time but it turned out really well and better than when the stylist cuts my hair while wet. He actually respected that I asked for a trim and didn’t wack half my hair off and did my layers well without making them look choppy which is usually what I get from other salons.
