Thought this was going to be a really nice salon, brought my granddaughter there to have her hair cut and some color and spent $140. The color wasn't right from the beginning but we could live with that. But then within 3 washes there was not a bit of color even left. Called the salon 3 times trying to get them to make this right and was told 2 times someone would call me back.... which no one ever did. I personally had a good experience. Taylor cut my hair and did a good job. I haven’t had a dry cut in a long time but it turned out really well and better than when the stylist cuts my hair while wet. He actually respected that I asked for a trim and didn’t wack half my hair off and did my layers well without making them look choppy which is usually what I get from other salons.
