While I appreciate how much time the hairdresser spent on my hair, the haircut was completely different from the picture I showed her. It was cut much too short and also gave me bangs when I didn't want them. It was so not what I wanted I couldn't even react until I got home. For 70 dollars before tips, I wish my hair looked the way I requested.
Jin is amazing! I’ve been going to her for years now and she never fails to cut my hair exactly how I want. She genuinely cares for her clients!
