Tried to order two different wigs online, website showing in stock, but was then contacted to say they were out of stock. Only offered an exchange for a style I wasn't really happy with, no refunds offered and I had to pay more money just for an exchange. Avoid.
Had a disappointing experience here. Prices keep increasing without any clear or reasonable explanation. When we raised concerns about privacy and staff behaviour during the service, the owner immediately became defensive instead of addressing the issue properly. It felt more like dealing with someone arguing a case rather than providing customer service. Not a pleasant experience overall — think twice if you need service from them.
The WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I received in my life from 3 countries where I lived. After buying online, provide payment, full name, and phone number, they refused to deliver if I did not give an identifier number I was never told I would need. I am a 62 year old and I had a receptionist hung up the phone on me about 3 times when I was asking for my money back. I felt sick because of that, than my husband called them.
