TL;DR Solid 5/5! This place was great. Popped my head in and immediately got taken care of. A super sweet guy named Jun shampooed my hair and massaged my scalp. Thought I was gonna fall asleep from relaxation. A chill lady named Vivian cut my hair. She paused a few times to check in and make sure I was satisfied. I didn't need anything complex but still felt like she did immaculate work. Cost was about $60 which for the quality of mood I was in after felt very fair. Very bad service, I set an appointment at 5pm Fri, the lady's name is Vicky//BBann, another oriental lady came in, they spoke they're language and so after the lady that was helping me dropped me, and helped her ,told me to wait 15mins more, I Don't know why I even set my appointment, so I just walked out, never going to return back for a place that charges a arm n a leg, don't have customer service experience.
This is a long overdue review, but I was very impressed by the quality of service and kindness here! A few months ago, I was looking for a place in the Cerritos area that did men's hair. I had an engagement photo shoot, so I wanted to make sure that I looked my best. I’ve been getting my haircut at this salon for over two years now—I originally followed my hairstylist Julie here. To be honest, I come to this place entirely because of her, but the other stylists also seem very professional. Julie’s skills speak for themselves—she’s extremely skilled and works incredibly fast. She can finish a haircut like mine in under 25 minutes, and I’m always really satisfied with the results. Her service is also outstanding.
