I’ve been seeing Jodi for years, and I can’t recommend her enough! She truly takes her time and puts so much care into her work, making sure my hair not only looks amazing but stays healthy too. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she genuinely takes pride in every style, color, and treatment she does. What sets her apart is how much she values her clients—she always listens to my preferences and makes sure I leave happy and confident.

My sister got her hair done by Jodi Friesen, and it was not even close to what she asked for. My sister contacted Jodi and was not able to come to a resolution. After this, my sister and my mother attempted twice to get in contact with the manager/owner, Filomena Murray and were assured that they would receive a call back. Over a month has passed and they have yet to receive any call back. We are extremely disappointed in this establishment for their lack of customer service, and would not recommend them to anyone.
When I went to Meraki I had Jodi Friesen dye my hair. I met with her before my appointment so that we could discuss what I wanted (show her pictures) as well as my previous hair dying (box dye once about a year ago) and we decided on a set price. However, when she dyed my hair the colour did not come through clearly at all, I wanted dark red hair, and the red was barely coming through and only at my roots rather than my whole head.
