I’m pretty disappointed, I usually come to Hair at Greenwood and have a great experience with Ann. Unfortunately Ann was unavailable on the day I needed a cut done so went with someone else. My hair is all different lengths (it wasn’t checked as I would expect throughout the cut) and my fringe wasn’t cut as Ann would usually do it. I feel extra sad as it’s my wedding in one months time and I relied on Hair at Greenwood to give me a good quality cut!
Went in for a standard trim, and have come out with layers and my hair all different lengths. I wanted one length and asked for 2 inches off, but some bits have been cut SO short. My hair was so thick and now it looks damaged. The hairdresser kept chopping away even after I said please not too short. It's now uneven and going to take so long to grow back to what it was before. So disappointed.
Went in for a wash and blow dry and they charged me $96, when originally a blow dry is around $65 for my hair length. Probably not going again. How can prices change like that?
I went in for a wash, blow dry and straighten with J.J, and she did such an incredible job. My hair looks so smooth and shiny, she was super quick and efficient as I was in a rush, but with amazing results. Highly recommend.
