Prior to arriving to appointment I sent pics of wanted hairstyle and explained it was my first sew-in so when asked if I wanted a part my answer was yes not knowing it required natural hair leave out. Lorene accepted me as a walk-in, which I really appreciated. I came in for the hydration treatment, trim, and silk press. I was more than pleased with the results. Her and her staff were very professional, kind, and very personable.
