AWFUL experience here. She colored my roots/hair way darker than the rest of my hair. Cut my bangs shorter because she thought it would look better. Charged me $130 and didn't even include a blowout. Worse experience I've ever had. When I called to follow up on my experience she said she doesn't want new clients and asked me if she can charge $10 for this phone call. Extremely unprofessional.
