0 stars if i could! They burnt my scalp - and not once did i get an apology. Bleaching my hair - yes I understand it gets warm but the foils got so incredibly hot, that i physically saw smoke coming from my head. And the first thing they gets asked is "what shampoo I use" as if its my fault its burning. She moved the foils to check the process and pushed the burning hot foils into my scalp. Didn't get a single sorry - will never ever return.
