I don't know what's worse: her attitude or the horrible haircut that she gave me. Either way, it was the absolute worst salon experience I've ever had in my life. If I had known she was going to make me look like Moe from the Three Stooges, then I would have saved myself the time, money and TRAUMA and just put a bowl around my head and cut it myself instead. If I could give zero stars I would. Never again.
Kim is very talented, skilled and professional. She is very accommodating when scheduling appointments and very conscientious to ensure you will be very satisfied and happy. Highly recommend!!
