I honestly wasn’t expecting such an amazing result, but wow… I got the BEST result! I’m absolutely in love with my hair. From the moment I walked in, Mel was so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel completely comfortable, and we had the best chats the whole time. She really listened to what I wanted and somehow made it even better than I imagined. I’m very disappointed with my experience. This was my second time visiting this salon, and once again I left unhappy. Their prices are much higher compared to other nail salons, and the service was not professional. I asked for short almond-shaped nails, but I was given uneven, asymmetrical oval-shaped nails instead. I also asked if they could remove dead skin and dead nail from just my left big toe, and I was told it would cost $60, so I did not proceed with the service.
