I was very disappointed with my experience with Elena. I went in for a root touch up on very light blonde hair and a haircut. Being a root touch up I expected her to match my current hair colour. After taking almost two hours to colour my hair and rinsing it for 20 minutes in a very rough manner, I came back to the chair for my haircut and looked in the mirror to see that my hair was now medium ash brown! I’ve been receiving consistently beautiful haircuts from Elena for several years now. She is professional and very experienced - always takes the time required to do her very best. She is very knowledgeable about hair colour and products - gives good suggestions and listens. Thanks to Elena, my grey curly hair has never looked better!
