I have been coming to Esther for a couple years to get my ProAddiction treatments and I have been highly satisfied. Esther and her team are competent, experienced, and detail oriented. My hair is course and can be difficult to work with, and ProAddiction has made my hair softer, straighter, and overall more manageable. If you’re looking to experience with ProAddiction, Esther is your go to!
I came to this salon a second time to do proaddiction. The first time, I had great results. I returned. The second time, it was awful. The owner of this salon, Ester, blamed the results of my botched proaddiction done by Kimberly because I’m “breastfeeding” - which has nothing to do with the hair on my head and that is outside my body. The truth was that Kimberly got lazy and missed certain areas with the iron and used thicker sections to flatten as opposed to super thin to cover the entire head surface area thoroughly. Did not wash hair with pro addiction shampoo did not use the pro addiction hair mask in the process all places use pro addiction products to go with the treatment the same day Spanish employee talking Shit about me in Spanish thinking I don’t know Spanish I’m full Hispanic and Fluent Not at all worth 450$ should’ve been 50 dollars if your not even gonna do the process correct and talk shit
