Went for consult agreed on price for work being done with stylist. After appt tried to charge me $80 more for the same work until I refused to pay it. Then adjusted the price to the original price discussed! A couple weeks later the colour/highlights are the worst I’ve ever had in years of getting my hair done. My experience was awful and shady business practices after spending time to go in for a consult prior to booking an appt and charging substantially more. Book somewhere else!

The location is great and the staff do an excellent job, was very happy with the finished project with my hair. I do not agree with their policy of charging for a missed appointment. I had numerous instances where the stylist was ill and unavailable and they cancelled my appointments, or their booking system had created two appointments a week apart, do I get to charge as a paying customer when they need to reschedule my appointment.
