Mannnnn if I could give 1 million stars I most definitely would. I have used these guys twice and both times my amazing. Compassionate, friendly, informational service each time. Even when not able to be with you physically and giving directions via phone to make sure that you can get back on the road. This is the best tow company I have ever encountered!!!!!!! I had an awesome experience working with Wade. A great guy who actually cares about YOUR wallet first rather than his own. Before picking up my vehicle he walked me through a couple steps to try to troubleshoot the problem rather than just hooking it up and towing it away. I’m super grateful for his time, knowledge, and kindheartedness. Top notch, 100% all the way around.Â
Wade has ALWAYS been incredibly kind and reliable. We just signed him up to be the tow company for our fleet of commercial vehicles. I needed a price for a tow, and he gave it to me in less than 10 minutes. An absolute pleasure to work with!Â
I called to tow my truck that wouldn't go in gear. Instead of towing and charging me for a tow, he came out and told me the problem and set it up to drive it home. And sent me the link to the part I would need. Very good dude. Thank you so much.Â
Wade is an honest, reputable, and super nice guy! That's all you can ask for when you're in need of help and unfortunately it's not always easy to come by. He saved us potentially hundreds of dollars by figuring out the actual problem with a truck we inherited and we're unfamiliar with. It all came down to a battery install gone wrong, and because he had prior knowledge on how finicky these particular trucks can be, he was able to fix it and show us what to do next time we need to change the battery.
