Absolutely terrible experience. I strongly advise people to avoid this repair shop. I originally went in for a simple screen replacement, but during the process they repeatedly pressured me to replace other components that had nothing to do with the original repair. It felt like they were constantly trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The replacement screen they installed was clearly low quality. I waitied 4 months to leave this review because my consumer case was succesful and i got all my money back but i refuse to accept that your still operating. DO NOT TRUST STAFF, they are the problem not the parts. For reference i was sucessful with my consumer case and got my money back after the store FAILED to adhere to Section 60 – Services must be provided with due care and skill. i have never felt more disrespected and belittled in my life. i took my phone to get the 0.5 camera lens protector fixed before i went my camera worked perfectly fine. he charged me $60 to replace the lens cover and i later noticed that the camera was all blurry. i took it back asking why all of a sudden the camera was damaged - he proceeded to take off the lens cover and show me it “wasnt his problem”. when i spoke to him and told him that the camera had no issues prior to me bringing it to him he laughed in my face and tol... read more

Went in this morning to have phone looked at because it would not turn on even when charged. The guy asked us to come back in 20 minutes so he could assess the problem after paying him $29 for the service. We thought he would run some proper diagnostics on the phone to figure out what was wrong but did not even plug it in to anything.
