I invested all my retirement money with Mike. I was notified approximately July 5, 2025 Mike cashed in all his clients funds including mine and left the country with everyone’s money. If anyone knows about his whereabouts you need to notify the FBI immediately
From personal experience, I can report that Michael Anthony Hainsworth is dishonest and unethical. In 2022, he sold me an annuity with American Equity (AE). In Nov 2024, I discovered he had forged my signature and fraudulently requested this annuity be surrendered which incurred a penalty of 19% loss of funds. Hainsworth then left me a dozen voicemails telling me that I should invest money in corporate bonds through him as these had greater financial return than the AE annuity. My husband and I decided to attend a free seminar hosted by Mike Hainsworth, Hainsworth Wealth Advisory. Turns out he was using it to tout his extreme conservative political views. He also was trying to gain customers present at the seminar with a bribe to take them on a boat ride on his boat in Miami. What? Whoever heard of such unethical behavior from someone who you are supposed to trust with your finances? I doubt he could provide independent, sound financial advice, Not for us! Mike Hainsworth is and has always been an honest and honorable man, who my husband and I trust to fulfill his duties as our investor advisor. He has always shown concern for our preferences (i.e. amount of risk we are willing to take, how much we want to invest and if we choose to receive monthly amounts). If someone has an issue with Mike, they might want to look in the mirror to see the true issue.
