Amazing experience the day after Thanksgiving. I visited the store after being turned back at the Canada border because the locks on my trailer wouldn’t open. I explained the situation and my willingness to buy whatever tools might be necessary. They found an economic solution and even worked to get those pesky locks off. I am forever grateful. Super helpful guy spent 30 minutes helping me find the bits necessary to fix the plumbing in my travel trailer.sold me $10 worth of parts. I felt so guilty I went back in and bought some cleaning supplies. Good old fashioned hardware store.
