We love our eye doctors office! Everyone is so kind and helpful! They have a great selection of Eyewear and everyone is on top of everything you'd need! They run great sales and are always there to help you in any way!
A shout-out to Ellen and the staff at Northwest Eyecare, Freeport! My eye comfort with contacts, which I’ve worn for many years, has changed as I age. Ellen and her team were so kind & patient as they assisted me in finding suitable contacts. It took several trials before we landed on the brand/type that I ended up with. THANK YOU, Ellen and team!
One of the girls was nice when I took my Daughter there was a girl in there rude I do not care for I want to make myself a appointment but I don't feel comfortable there most the staff is unfriendly and rude ill be looking elsewhere not going somewhere that I'm not comfortable at would not recommend this place they need a whole new staff im rude to who's rude to me 0 stars
Very rude people out front. Won't return calls and screen calls when calling back. Had glasses, took to them for new prescription and had to fix them 2x and then they act like Im the problem. Still dont have glasses that I can use. Won't be going back.
