"We are not interested in doing anymore work for you" was the reply I got from Callum Haines when I went into their shop to ask about fitting my new brakes (they have done my brakes previously along with other parts). I'm not the type of person to take my car to the same mechanic all the time so I can only assume that his response is due to this. Word of advice to you Callum - don't involve your customers in disputes you have with other businesses. For those coming to Haines, beware you now are locked in for life! 😂
Great service from the guys over at Haines. Booked my Golf MK7.5 into them for a tune, and couldn’t be happier with the service and tune. Had it done the same day and a noticeable bump in power. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough if you need anything done to your car!
I recently visited Haines mechanic for my MINI and they are outstanding mechanic, his diagnosis and repair is very good. Do not hesitate for a quote on repairs. They are friendly and professional, i highly recommend them to anyone, well done guys!!!!
Thanks Callum and the team for the great work they did fitting parts and the Galano Engineering stage 2 tune on my mk7.5 Golf R. It's like driving a different car with the upgraded suspension and the new power is wow .
