Update: I have been taking my car here for the past 3 years for upgrades, tuning and servicing, and these guys have always been great. Ben is always friendly and easy to deal with, and the team’s knowledge is honestly impressive. I’ve had a couple of issues that even BMW couldn’t diagnose, and these guys found them straight away. Highly recommend them if you’ve got a G20 330i with the B48.
After plenty of bad experiences with so call 'specialists' in other such platforms such as WRX's and other Jap imports I was quite hesitant on who to take my GTi to when I jumped ship to a Golf from Jap imports. Haines has been my cars mechanic for a while and they have always acted professionally with elite knowledge of my car. Sadly my car was a write off during a not-at-fault rear end which is heartbreaking because I know I won't be able to get it serviced with these guys again. Shout-out to Ben for helping with the insurance claim by sending me all the work done for my beloved car (managed to get more than I expected back!)
