I had a leaking drain that was difficult to reach and they gave me an estimate of over $4000. They wanted to drill a hole in my floor to run the drain another way. I declined and called another company. They fixed it for $400. No extra hole in my floor. Responding to the comments - notice they waited a year to comment. Also, in my personal opinion their response is completely inaccurate.

I had sewage coming up into my basement floor through the floor drain. I called late on a Thursday evening and was desperate for help. The person I spoke to informed me that the crew was out on another call but assured me that they can still come out today. A couple of hours later I received a call asking if I would prefer them coming first thing in the morning as it was getting late. Haines Drains Was absolutely amazing. Came out within 20 minutes of calling. Had my problem fixed after three other companies failed. Explained future remedies, and how to do it yourself strategies as well. Great job!!
