Haines & Cross Carpet Cleaning is TopNotch! The owner came and cleaned my rugs, carpets and some of my furniture. One of my chairs were especially troublesome to clean, so he took them to his warehouse, to ensure they were perfectly cleaned. The customer service, as well as the leaning was excellent, and I would recommend them again. - Katie in Ladera Ranch
Haines - great carpet cleaning Found Haines on Angie's List. Bought their special. Cleaning technician was on time, clean, efficient and, most important, did a great job. Responses on the phone were polite and timely. We will have Haines out again to clean the carpet in our house because they did such a good job, and we will refer them to others.
Pricing Problems I called to have my carpets cleaned upstairs this morning because my dog threw up. I have had them out several times in the past. Apparently, according to Eric, H&C have changed their pricing and never informed me before coming out. I spoke to his assistant this morning and confirmed everything before they came out only to find the technician was given different pricing. ERIC, You are Incredible at Cleaning Carpets! Miracles do happen! Eric From Haines and Cross is pure Incredible! And they live up to their reputation! He can do what others simply cannot. Clean problems so they never come back. After having 5 cleaners come out and try to get this stain out, one of them got almost out but then it kept coming back.
