The team at Haines is awesome. They inspect our vehicles every year and never try to upsell us on things we don't need. 2 days ago I dropped off my vehicle with a check engine light. Apparently the light went off, they weren't able to find anything wrong and still tried to diagnose it. When I picked it up I realized they added gas (bc im an idiot and left less than a 1/4 tank). My wife needed some emergency work done to her minivan; they took her in right away & did an excellent job!
I called for an oil change and received an appointment quickly. They called and let me know the car was ready. Everyone there that I have had contact with at this service station has been very professional and engaging.
