I have been taking my car to Haines garage for a few years … great prices , great service … recently I had a brake job done there and after a while I could feel some pulsating in the brake pedal when I applied the brakes , took it back to Haines and they resolved the issue at no charge. I am a satisfied customer
Avoid getting your vehicle serviced here. I brought in my car for a costly A/C repair which I was told was fixed. I picked the vehicle up and the next day it wouldn't start. I had my car towed back to their shop only to have the new problem fixed out of my pocket. I brought the car home again to find the A/C not working. When I called Haines I was told "we only diagnosed the A/C issue, if you want it fixed you will have to pay for it". All-in I paid over $700 for a still broken A/C and to have a problem fixed that never exis... read more
