Avoid getting your vehicle serviced here. I brought in my car for a costly A/C repair which I was told was fixed. I picked the vehicle up and the next day it wouldn't start. I had my car towed back to their shop only to have the new problem fixed out of my pocket. I brought the car home again to find the A/C not working. When I called Haines I was told "we only diagnosed the A/C issue, if you want it fixed you will have to pay for it".
