There service is one the best. They are honest enough to advice customers whether a repair is necessary or just going to be a waste of money.
The technology is poor, with many aspects poorly executed—wheel alignment is completely off. The experience is terrible. First, regarding the surveillance footage for the insurance claim, I found it myself after searching for a month. At that time, you actually advised me not to look for the video—why was that? As for the wheel alignment issue, I mentioned it twice, and later you conducted a driving test on my car, which you also claimed showed no problems.
