I took my 2009 Ford fusion to them to replace a hood ,fender, and passenger headlight about a week and a half after I had hit a deer.Once I picked my car up and got a few feet from the shop it began to chug. My home is less then half a mile from this shop so once I got there I called them immediately. According to them they didn't touch anything mechanical...so I now have a my car back that won't start when in the last 8 months of owning it it has never messed up...just great ..horrible timeing and service
