Harvey and his team have been taking care of my 2016 Buick Encore for several years. Harvey has always gotten my car in to be serviced in a timely fashion when I call. I have total confidence in their service
I had a nail head appear in my tire in my SUV. No air leaking either. Canadian Tire and Tire Craft said the same, Tire can't be repaired and both wanted $750-800.00 to replace two tires. Hainers said, I bet that nail isn't through the tire since it isn't leaking, they pulled the nail out. Turns out the nail was 1/8" long and didn't harm the tire. I won't forget that the next time I buy tires. Great guy and over the top customer service.
Stopped in first thing in the morning after a long haul to St Catherine’s with a damaged trailer spare tire, trying to avoid getting stranded and the team at Hainers absolutely saved me! Took me in right away to get me back on the road, dragging out extra equipment to get to my trailer at the edge of the lot. Can not recommend shops like this enough! The owed me nothing but provided everything! Don’t hesitate to stop in, will be my go to when in the area!
