I am so disappointed at this practice after all these years. I am amazed at the lack of empathy and disregard. I am not going to go into the details, but for a facility that is supposed to care about women’s health, they care very little. I will not recommend this practice, specifically if you are in mid-life.

She literally did what three other Obgyn’s couldn’t do. She is an amazing Menopause doctor, and she helped me so much to learn about perimenopause and menopause. HRT to the rescue. Great office staff! Will go to that at the pharmacy for you! And Dr. Hainer is the most gentle OB/GYN I’ve ever been to in 40 years.

I have been going to this office for several years and up until now my experience has been good. I am also a healthcare provider and have referred many patients there which I now regret. I had some abnormal results which took them a month to notify me of. It is only because I myself got the results that I found out. I left several messages none of which were returned and when I was called it was not by the doctor or NP. Typical procedure is that your provider calls you with abnormal results. Its what I do.
