I have had very good experience with this practice. Dr Hainer is great takes her time- super sweet. And the staff is so friendly always smiling - happy. Even at the end of a long day they’re super sweet. I don’t know what’s with the negative reviews.
You may wait a while in the waiting room but the quality of care and attention is excellent!
Stay away from this place. Had a horrible experience with the whole office and the Nurse Practitioner Danielle Miller. They don't tell you that they use out of network labs, so you end up with a thousand dollar bill. They make you wait like an hour in the waiting room. They're in the dark ages and don't use any online portal. They didn't even give paperwork to fill out with medical history, meds, etc. The NP asked during the appointment, but got tired and made me stop. I’ve been trying to get in contact with this practice for about three weeks now and every single time I call it just goes straight to voicemail at this point all I wanna do is change my gynecologist and get my records, but I can’t even do that cause they won’t pick up the goddamn phone
I switched recently to Dr. Hanier. First time I met the PA, loved her, so nice. Then 2nd time Dr. Hanier, loved her, explained to me what my issue was. Felt like I have known her for years. My wait time was not excessive at all, no more than any other doctor I've gone to recently. I have no reason to switch, the PA first time sat with me, going over my history.
