Hain Enterprises replaced our concrete driveway with pavers and installed heat mat underlayment over a year ago. Last January, 2026, we noticed that only one row (section) of the driveway was dry. The other four rows were wet from snow the previous night. I sent Mr. Hain a message and a photo. He responded the next day and asked when we could meet. We hired Mark for pavers on our driveway which he did a great job. After that job we talked to him about a pond water fall. We agreed to the following Spring. In February we touched bases and confirmed May, he never showed then told my husband mid July. Never came, never returned calls, or text. So disappointing especially when we had planned early in the year, due to all the company we were having in the summer. So very unprofessional.
