I had the misfortune to buy a car from Bexhill motoring centre which was owned by the same person, it was a disaster from the start. I test drove the car a few weeks before, when I went to pick up the car it was ok to start, however after about 15 minutes driving it went into limp mode, it was a Sunday and pouring with rain. I recently bought a new car from Hampden Park motoring centre (the other branch to Hailsham Motoring Centre). All members of staff I spoke to were friendly, approachable and unpatronising. There was absolutely no heavy sales pitch and they explained certain unusual aspects of the car to me honestly and clearly. They were very patient with all my numerous questions about the car and the process. We felt very welcome and we were not just a customer the guys took time to get to know us and understand what we were after. When we couldn't get the first car we were after a second car ( peugeot 2008)turned up and we are totally happy and in love with it. Thank you chris and Ken.
