Horrible service! They’ve been waiting on my motor since July! They got paid and haven’t fixed anything! Now im looking into taking my car somewhere else! please don’t waste your time with them! I didn’t wreck the loaner, it had a small dent. If you guys would have fixed my car a long time ago that wouldn’t have happened. Dawn and Nathan fought Progressive on my behalf to fix the hail damage on my Gladiator. Took a while because Progressive dragged their feet inspecting it, but they made it happen. They even detailed the truck when it was done. They are very friendly and flexible, willing to work with you. I highly recommend them.
I highly recommend using HailPro CO! There are tons of options for hail repair in Denver but you will not find a better place than HailPro CO. I previously gave this company a 5 star review (per Nathan's request) for fixing hail damage to my new truck even though the repairs took twice as long as Nathan said they would. I even referred a customer to Nathan, and she also said that her repairs took twice as long (or longer) than she was promised. I was recently waxing my truck and realized that HailPro had not fixed some small dents on the top of the bed on the passenger side although they fixed the dents on the driver's side.
