For the first time in many many years I have what looks like fake nails. The polish looks heavy and quite different from the sample i chose. I booked a UV Gel yet the technician was about to use powder before I stopped her. I rate this spa as mediocre at best.

As a mom with a little baby, it’s hard to find time for myself. I wanted to get my nails done for a little self care day but was a bit nervous about how the baby would do during my visit. Not only did the staff hold baby the whole time so I really could relax, they put her to sleep AND did such a fantastic job with my nails. I even changed my mind about the color after one fingernail was painted and they were happy to find a color I liked more. Absolutely loved my experience! I will be back

I am so in love with my new set of nails!! I brought in a reference image for what I wanted, and my nail tech was so spot on in achieving exactly what I asked for 🥰 definitely recommend!

I've had good experiences before at Haileys (Justin does clean and detailed job), the pedicures been great for the past year, however this is my 3rd manicure, and I left feeling very disappointed from this appointment. All growth I had was straight cut off, with really no shaping done, some shellac from prior appointment was. Getting home, my nails were cut so short I can't even file the corners to shape. The shellac manicure took 20 minutes, when typically other technicians have taken the 45 minutes or so to really do a pro... read more
