Contacted to get a quote on a project. Despite multiple phone call, I have yet to receive a follow up 5 weeks later. Even contact stating that they are not able to assist would have been appreciated, not silence. Recommend that you dont invest time and look for another provider

We’ve been loyal customers for over 8 years — they installed our furnace and hot water heater and handled all our regular maintenance. A few small issues over the years, with them, like forgetting to do something etc. but nothing major… until now. We had a sewer backup on Thursday, July 10/25 at 4:05 PM. I called immediately — the secretary said no one was available, but they might be able to come the next day. She promised to call me in the morning. No call. We were in desperate need of heat right before Christmas after a garage/house fire. A few years later I found out that Haileybury heating and plumbing was the one who came to our rescue during Christmas. I want to say thank you so much for ensuring additional damage was not done to our home during those cold days. I found out through Enbridge Gas and was never able to properly show my appreciation, so thank you! Definitely a business you can count on!!

Any furnace issues i trust Haileybury Plumbing and Heating. Also last summer we had central air installed and i couldn't be happier. Professional and friendly service. Locally owned company uou can trust.
